DualityVPN Service: Technical & Privacy Whitepaper

Duality VPN is a next-generation VPN and secure connectivity service, engineered for users who value privacy, flexibility, and speed. Our infrastructure is operated by a legally registered company in Romania, where privacy laws grant us the right—and obligation—not to retain or monitor your personal network traffic or browsing data. Privacy is at the heart of our mission, and our service is built with industry-leading technology to ensure your online presence is both invisible and secure.

Cutting-Edge Technology
  • WXTLS Protocol: For ultra-fast, encrypted data transfer.
  • Routing via Nginx on Port 80: All connections are routed through standard web ports, making your activity indistinguishable from regular internet browsing.
  • Trojan Protocol Support: Modern, robust encryption, available on all platforms.
  • Cross-Platform Apps:
  • iOS: Swift
  • Android & Windows: Dart (Flutter)
  • Universal Account Access: Use your plan on any device.
Flexible User Plans
  • Unlimited / Non-Expiring Bandwidth: Buy one-time data packages—no expiry, use when you want.
  • Subscription Options:
  • Basic: Unlimited server access.
  • Premium: Full control—customize VPN experience by traffic type, geolocation, or per-app routing.
Minimal Logging & Privacy Commitment

By design, we do not collect or monitor the content of your traffic, browsing history, DNS queries, or bandwidth usage. The only data we retain are minimal access logs for security and compliance:

  • Access Data: We keep anonymized records of the last time a connection was made from a given IP, and what destination was accessed at that last moment (we do not store detailed and every access to same resource).
  • Data Storage: These records are stored securely and are strictly anonymized. Only the root administrator (business owner) has access, and only in legally justified cases.
Legal Compliance & Responsible Usage

Romanian law allow us to run a strict no-logs service. However, we acknowledge that VPN services can be misused for unlawful activity, which puts our business and our entire user base at risk. For this reason:

  • If a user violates our privacy policy or terms (e.g., criminal activity), we may, if required by law, provide authorities with the minimal data available: IP address and timestamp of suspicious access.
  • We will never provide more than legally required. No content, payload, or bandwidth information is logged or shared.

This balanced approach protects our users’ privacy while ensuring the safety and continuity of our platform. We believe in a free and open internet—but never at the expense of legal compliance or the trust of our user community.
